Full Journal pdf2007-05-08 House Journal Page 1197 HJR 18 Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 1170) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 18(TRA) Opposing the enactment of the provisions in the Next Generation Air Transportation System Financing Reform Act of 2007 that impose air traffic control user fees, increase aviation fuel and aviation gas taxes, reduce airport funding, and reduce Congressional oversight of the Federal Aviation Administration. and 2007-05-08 House Journal Page 1198 SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 18(TRA) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Samuels moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHJR 18(TRA), thus adopting SCS CSHJR 18(TRA), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHJR 18(TRA)?" The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS CSHJR 18(TRA) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
